Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive digital commerce strategy aligned with broader goals
Manage P&L and performance metrics across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and DTC channels
Identify and implement profitability improvement programs by channel, including pricing, assortment, and promotional optimization
Lead the development of digital channel roadmaps, ensuring scalability and innovation across platforms
Launch and scale digital excellence projects, including operational frameworks, governance models, and capability building
Support change for digital transformation, embedding consumer-centric and agile ways of working
Lead annual and quarterly vendor negotiations with Amazon, including US GVM partnership, terms, and operational performance – collaboration with Amazon Global Kao team
Monitor and respond to platform policy changes, ensuring compliance and maximizing commercial outcomes
Develop a high-performing team, promoting a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning
Collaborate cross-functionally to create integrated digital commerce solutions
Influence senior team members and advocate for digital-first thinking across the organization

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years experience in digital commerce, eCommerce strategy, or online retail (Beauty, Retail, CPG, Fashion & Lifestyle preferably)
Strong Microsoft Office Usage (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook), Canva a plus
Proven success in managing Amazon vendor relationships and driving profitability
Strong analytical skills and experience with digital shelf tools, retail analytics, and performance dashboards
