Responsibilities

Provide desk-side training to analysts
Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting
Embed with user groups to deeply understand workflows
Proactively develop relationships with users at customer site and surface use case gaps
Build initial dashboard products and assist users with building questions
Remain current and up to date on latest platform features and capabilities
Staff the Help Desk by responding to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues
Provide timely and detailed feedback to the Palantir engineering team about product
Consistently communicate product or user issues to the Palantir team

Required

Prior experience with Palantir platforms required (i.e. Palantir Foundry, Gotham, Gaia, etc.)
(As required by U.S. Government contract) U.S. citizenship
(As required by U.S. Government contract) TS/SCI clearance eligibility

Preferred

Recent and in-depth hands-on experience with Palantir platforms highly preferred
Military/Special Operation/Law Enforcement experience is highly preferred
Experience briefing high-level military stakeholders is highly preferred
Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations
Technical background with working knowledge of Python, Java, and/or JavaScript/typescript
Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time if needed
