Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate site Learning and Development initiatives
Design, update, and deliver safety and onboarding training
Manage training project plans, vendor coordination, and budgets
Administer safety software, LMS content, and digital signage
Maintain training programs aligned with OSHA, ANSI, NFPA, NIOSH, DOT, and site requirements
Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
Develop monthly safety topics, bulletins, and departmental KPIs
Assist with form development, safety tools, and PSM program improvements
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of OSHA, ANSI, NFPA, NIOSH, and DOT requirements
Experience developing and delivering training using adult learning principles
Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety database systems
Minimum 5 years of S&H training experience in chemical, manufacturing, or refining environments
Experience managing complex projects and influencing stakeholders
Preferred
LMS course development and basic video creation skills preferred
Bachelor's degree in a safety-related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
