The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) is seeking a motivated and qualified Water Resources Engineer or Project Manager to join the Flood Protection Planning Grant Department within the Flood Planning Division. This role supports statewide flood risk reduction efforts by overseeing grants, reviewing technical work, and ensuring projects align with program goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, floodplain mapping, and the planning, design, and construction of flood mitigation projects.
