Automotive BDC Customer Service Representative / Internet Sales

Stoneham Ford is one of New England’s leading Ford dealers, expanding its Internet Sales / BDC Team. They are seeking an energetic Automotive Customer Service Representative to assist online and phone customers, answer inquiries, and schedule quality appointments for the sales team.

Responsibilities

Respond quickly and professionally to internet and phone leads from our website and third-party sources
Make outbound follow-up calls, emails, and texts to customers who have shown interest in a vehicle or service
Ask discovery questions to understand customer needs and guide them to the next step
Set and confirm appointments for customers to visit the showroom or speak with a sales consultant
Coordinate appointment schedules and hand-offs with the sales team
Document all customer interactions and updates accurately within the CRM system
Provide basic product and promotion information such as features, availability, and pricing
Follow up with recent visitors and past customers to ensure satisfaction and generate additional leads
Meet or exceed daily and monthly goals for customer contacts, follow-ups, and appointments set

Required

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong follow-up, time-management, and relationship-building skills
Friendly, outgoing personality and a professional demeanor
Comfortable learning CRM systems, web-based tools, and basic Microsoft Office
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
Ability to work some evenings and weekend days
Reliable transportation
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Ability to sit, type, and talk on the phone for extended periods
Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced office environment
Ability to manage multiple types of customer communication simultaneously

Preferred

Previous automotive BDC, call center, or sales experience
