Floor & Decor is transforming spaces and careers across the country. As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will be the face of the company for builders and contractors, helping them solve project needs and maintain schedules with the right products.

Responsibilities

Visiting job sites and builder offices to introduce, promote, and sell Floor & Decor products that align with real project timelines and requirements

Supporting builders with product selection, quoting, and the coordination details that keep their projects on schedule

Following up on leads from store teams, networking efforts, and your own market awareness

Building and maintaining trusted relationships with commercial builders, contractors, and developers

Working closely with internal teams to ensure inventory, delivery, and service stay seamless for your customers

Attending local builder events and trade shows to expand visibility and strengthen community connections

Maintain the integrity of the Company’s business operations and reputation as well as compliance with its policies and procedures, including the handling of confidential information, currency, and other forms of payment

Contribute to a safe and secure work environment for our associates, customers, other third-parties with which we do business, and Company property
