Responsibilities

Growing and serving our Cincinnati tax clients
Executing the strategy and plans to grow a practice through expansion of services to existing clients and obtaining new clients
Providing exceptional client service leading to the highest quality of execution and delivery of client engagements
Motivating and empowering people and teams
Building and maintaining relationships, engaging others, and establishing connections
Demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Solving problems, and utilizing organizational and analytical skills

Qualification

Required

Active CPA license
10+ years of experience in business taxation working for a Big 4, large national, or regional accounting firm
Experience with executing the strategy and plans to grow a practice through expansion of services to existing clients and obtaining new clients
Exceptional client service skills leading to the highest quality of execution and delivery of client engagements
Demonstrated ability to motivate and empower people and teams
Excellent and enthusiastic ability to build and maintain relationships, engage others, and establish connections
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
