Responsibilities

Drive Sales Growth: Research and connect with new contacts, schedule meetings, and develop long-term partnerships
Business Development: Identify, qualify, and onboard new customers across assigned states
Market Intelligence: Conduct competitor and market analysis to uncover growth opportunities
Brand Representation: Attend major industry trade shows and events to expand visibility and generate leads
Collaboration: Work closely with the U.S. General Manager and international Sales Director to align strategies and initiatives

Required

Previous sales experience in valves & actuators or related fields such as mechanics, pneumatics, or hydraulics
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities
Self-driven, able to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience coordinating marketing activities with external agencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building lasting business relationships
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems
Willingness to travel at least 90 days per year within the assigned region
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred

Bachelors degree or strong technical background preferred
