Responsibilities
Direct responsibility for land development projects, including multi-family, residential, mixed-use and commercial projects
Be a primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and a strong relationship
Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers and CAD designers
Qualification
Required
BS in Civil Engineering or related field
registered P.E in AL
8-15 years of experience in civil engineering in land development (residential, master-planned, mixed-use)
Strong book of business
Preferred
5+ years in Project Management or a leadership role
Experience with private and municipal project coordination
