Complete the PLACE Agent Launch program
Conduct property showings with professionalism and courtesy
Provide knowledgeable and engaging client interactions during tours
Communicate client feedback and preferences to agents
Coordinate and schedule showings efficiently
Follow up with clients after showings to address questions and gather feedback
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
Positive, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor
Quick learner with the ability to effectively communicate property details and benefits
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Dependable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent client service
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
Active Michigan real estate license (required)
Preferred
Previous experience in customer service or sales
