HL Mando America Corporation is seeking an IT Helpdesk Specialist I to provide first-line technical support for daily IT operations. The role involves resolving hardware, software, and network issues while managing Helpdesk requests and maintaining computer systems.

Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot and repair computer hardware and software
Install computer peripheral components, such as memory, circuit boards & Other parts
Install Software / Packages such as Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Drawing Software and any other approved applications
Provide & Manage Cable Connections for Telephone & PC
Provide periodic training to end users
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize end-user issues to ensure that inquiries are resolved successfully
Manage and prioritize Helpdesk tickets using helpdesk software
Manage and track all IT assets (hardware & software)
Manage the IT server room, IT storage and UPS systems
Perform other assigned responsibilities

Required

2 Years of Associate's Degree in a related field, with 3-5 years' experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Office, emailing clients, and common business applications
Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
Ability to install and troubleshoot office printers, label printers, scanners, PDAs, tablets and other peripherals
Highly self-motivated, dedicated, ability to work independently and be results-driven
Excellent communication skills - Written & Oral
Positive and optimistic approach to problem-solving
Collaborative team spirit

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Related Field with 5 years' experience
