Responsibilities
Lead and manage land development projects, including multi-family, residential, mixed-use and commercial projects
Oversee the preparation of construction plans and specifications for site infrastructure
Be a primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and a strong relationship
Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers and CAD designers
Qualification
Required
BS in Civil Engineering or related field and registered P.E in FL is essential
15+ years of experience in civil engineering in land development (residential/commercial)
5+ years in Project Management or a leadership role
Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
