Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of web applications and APIs
Drive the transition of legacy systems to modern architectures, including microservices
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and project timelines
Ensure adherence to coding standards, version control, and deployment best practices
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate
Qualification
Required
Strong Full stack Development experience, leaning heavily on Back end services. (Node, Java)
Proficiency in database technologies (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle)
Solid understanding of integration patterns and design principles
Experience with GIT or other version-control systems
Preferred
Experience with Azure cloud services
Experience with Harness pipeline
Familiarity with any assist tools
Familiarity with Kubernetes (k8s) for container orchestration
Knowledge of deployment and caching strategies
Experience with Marigold or other Loyalty solutions
