Support the safe, efficient, and consistent operation of the lignin manufacturing plant, including liquid and powder production and packaging processes
Monitoring process performance
Analyzing data
Troubleshooting operational issues to maintain stable and efficient production
Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance yield, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including operations, maintenance, quality, and EHS to resolve technical challenges
Contribute to capital projects, equipment upgrades, and process modifications under guidance from senior engineers
Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
Maintaining accurate process documentation
