Responsibilities
Use PLACE systems for weekly lead generation
Host at least two open houses per month
Turn prospecting and leads into client appointments
Practice scripts weekly to sharpen skills
Take part in team meetings and activities
Attend weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
Consult with buyers and secure signed agreements
Write and negotiate offers for clients
Track clients and activities through PLACE Technology
Qualification
Required
Active real estate license (Michigan required)
Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively, both written and verbal
Growth-minded and eager to learn
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Open to learning and applying scripts and dialogues
Collaborative team player
Preferred
Previous industry experience preferred
