Responsibilities

Member of a team proactively facilitating the service and support for over 700 Advisers and 50,000 clients while understanding the life cycle of each Adviser's business and helping them be as successful as possible

Support Advisor needs including Account Opening, New Business, Trading, Allocation Changes, Portfolio Reporting, Financial Planning, Performance Reporting, Advisory Fee Billing, Investments, and other tasks depending on the team you are assigned

Working with Advisers, multiple internal teams, and outside strategic partners including Schwab and Fidelity

Proactively providing high-touch red-carpet Service and Support to Advisers and their firms

Able to work both, independently and collaboratively

Performs other related duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field from a four-year college

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Superior inter-personal skills and decision-making judgment

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized

Proficient in Microsoft product suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred

3+ years of experience in a Financial Services firm preferred

Strong Excel skills a plus
