USA SALES MANAGER

Nomilk2day is partnering with VDL Jansen, a leader in poultry housing technology, to find a National Sales Manager for the USA. This role focuses on driving market expansion through strategic partnerships and executing large-scale sales initiatives in the U.S. poultry industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand customer base and market share across the U.S. poultry industry
Cultivate strong relationships with existing dealers and clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Lead in-person negotiations and close significant deals, securing long-term partnerships with key accounts
Provide expert guidance on system specifications, pricing structures, and contract terms for major projects
Oversee successful project delivery and ensure exceptional customer service throughout implementation phases
Travel extensively across the United States to meet with clients, assess market conditions, and strengthen business relationships

Required

Minimum 10 years of sales experience, ideally in capital goods or international markets

Strong proficiency in sales strategy development and market analysis
Current U.S. residency and willingness to travel extensively throughout the country
