They are seeking a clinically experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work remotely, focusing on providing individualized programs and supervising interns while maintaining high standards of care.
Franchise
Responsibilities
Work remote In Center Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Possibly supervise in-home clients 4:30 pm - 6:30 p.m
Quality Assurance
Perform Assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc)
Create Individualized, research-based client programs
Analyze client progress and update programs as needed
Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates
Supervise Interns and RBTs in-center and in-home
Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service training
Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests)
Safety Management
No admin task
Qualification
Required
Maintains BACB Certification
Texas LBA License (required)
Maintains State Certification
Maintains BLS/CPR certification
Maintains NPI number
Maintains QBS certification or other restraints/holds training
Maintains updated CAQH account
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or another related field from an accredited university
No criminal background
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active
