Performance Lead – Office of the Chief Operating Officer

The Performance Lead for the Office of the Chief Operating Officer serves as central support for the Chief of Staff, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the COO’s Office through project management and data analysis.

Responsibilities
Support preparation for all Board, Committee and senior leadership meetings. Preparation may include research, providing summaries and drafting talking points
Analyzes complex data to develop informed recommendations
Track and monitor projects across the COO organization, including managing workstreams, follow-up and action trackers
Manage deliverables, and track OKRs to align with organizational goals
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including audits and ad hoc research
Plays a key role in enhancing operational efficiency across the executive’s function
Qualification
Required
Strong project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-driven, ability to develop and implements solutions with limited guidance
High integrity, discretion, and ability to manage confidential information
Comfortable navigating fast-paced, dynamic environments
Proven ability to leverage Microsoft Office & Project, PowerPoint and Excel (including charts, graphs) to draft executive level presentations
Preferred
Business Acumen: Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations
Business Data Analysis: Knowledge of business data analysis; ability to collect, identify, analyze and interpret business data using various kinds of techniques to meet business needs and requirements
