Executive Assistant
The Bachrach Group is a boutique private equity firm seeking an Executive Assistant/Project Manager to support the CEO. The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance, manage calendars, and handle logistical tasks while being comfortable in a small office environment.
Responsibilities
Protect the CEO’s time by prioritizing meetings and tasks, screening calls and emails, and acting as a gatekeeper to the executive office
Provide logistical and operational support for CEO which may include a small percentage of personal tasks: paying bills, coordinating/managing personal or medical appointments, etc
Manage both (primary) business and (light) personal calendars for the CEO with regular high-level contact with clients and investors
Set up processes and put these into place, add organization and create structures
Maintain and update contact information, and CRM
Assist with basic office management activities
Interface with investors / clients and coordination / planning key client events
Liaise with travel agent to book primarily business travel arrangements
Submit medical insurance reimbursements
Must be adept at reading through emails, problem solving, and gathering key content and outstanding items that need to be handled
Ad-hoc projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years' experience supporting senior executives in a financial services office environment
Bachelor's Degree is required
Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
Proficient using Google Sheets and other organizational software, CRM tools
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Must be tech-savvy
Strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Verification of identity, education, prior employment, and references may be required
