Responsibilities
Generate revenue with a select group of companies within the commercial construction space
Daily account management and revenue growth through visits to various customer offices, facilities, and job sites
Develop, plan, and organize sales strategies to achieve desired results/goals
Effective implementation of products and services
Identify customer needs and react appropriately while understanding the market conditions and local competitors' pricing
Resolve customer issues and concerns
Assist branches in keeping abreast with customer changes and job site problems
Support all team members
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Experience in equipment-related industries or construction
History of consistency and superior performance
Valid Driver's license
Work experience in a customer service or sales environment
Proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships with large accounts
Ability to undergo a drug test and background check before start date
Preferred
4-year bachelor's degree preferred
Military service will be considered in lieu of education/certification experience as applicable
