Uponor is rethinking water for future generations and is offering an exciting ten-week summer internship program in their Inside Sales department. The intern will support projects in Jira and Salesforce, identify automation opportunities, and create documentation while connecting with company leaders to learn about Uponor’s products and services.

Responsibilities

Clean and prioritize backlog in Jira by reviewing open user stories and epics and identifying outdated items and duplicates
Identify AI automation and system automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and documentation, explore agent force capabilities for automation and AI-driven workflows
Create a Salesforce automation playbook for future implementation
Deliver a demonstration of your findings and recommendations to a leadership panel near the end of your internship
Other duties as assigned

Required

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in: Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field
Must be an incoming Junior or Senior in a degreed program
Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently
Curiosity, coachability and a willingness to engage
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Proficient in Microsoft office
CRM knowledge and familiarity with AI tools
This internship is a full-time, hybrid position requiring in office work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Program runs from 6/1/26- 8/7/26. Applicants must be available for this time frame
