Responsibilities
Oversee and manage survey projects from inception to completion
Direct responsibility for land development projects, including multi-family, residential, mixed-use and commercial projects
Be a primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and a strong relationship
Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers and CAD designers
Qualification
Required
PSM License or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire date
6+ years of experience in land development (residential, master-planned, mixed-use)
Preferred
1-2 years in Project Management or a leadership role
Experience with municipal and country project coordination
