Responsibilities
Process and manage a high volume of merchant services requests, ensuring timely and accurate completion
Maintain accurate records within master data files and meet all deadlines
Manage monthly fees and pull merchant statements
Set up new merchant services for centers and onsite locations with strong attention to detail
Provide high-quality customer service to both internal and external partners
Coordinate with vendors for service needs, changes, and updates
Monitor refunds and fraud activity, maintain fraud tracking files, and research potential issues
Manage disputes and chargebacks by engaging the appropriate stakeholders
Assist with updating policies and procedures related to merchant services
Multitask effectively while taking on new responsibilities
Support Treasury Analysts, leadership, and special projects as needed
Identify opportunities to improve or streamline current processes
Serve as backup support for assigned functions
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team
High level of accuracy, organization, and follow-through
