Responsibilities

Analyze, evaluate, and advise on the current and predicted future logistics systems, technical, and data views of the architecture
Development, integration, and institutionalization of function requirements into Agency strategic plans and automated information systems
Responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of DLA and DoD level compliance certification for component and transformation program level architectures
Develop, document, maintain, and evaluate the composition of the technical and infrastructure architecture views
Participate in the evaluation of functional concepts as relates to the development and maintenance of enterprise logical and physical data models
Provide guidance to explain regulatory policies and procedures and initiate recommended changes which impact overall enterprise architecture goals, long-range plans, projects, studies and evaluations
Serves on or leads special task forces/projects to address current and future enterprise architecture planning strategy
Develops and refines the future Program Objective Memoranda (POM) and budget for the Enterprise Architecture Program

A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-14 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level
Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement
Creditable specialized experience includes: Providing guidance and direction in reviewing the appropriateness of existing enterprise architecture policies for new and/or highly innovative systems, technologies and fieldings
Defining problems and identifies key issues in the development of Enterprise architecture plans and is instrumental in establishing regulatory, policy, procedural and system guidance which become the benchmark for the development of similar plans
Facilitating the exchange of concepts, management techniques, technology advances, and logistics management improvements
Conducting analysis of transformation program initiative architectures to ensure they support the implementation of agency's strategic goals and business transformation efforts
B. Education: Applicants may not qualify for this position based on education in lieu of specialized experience
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social)
You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level
