Manage and oversee legal work in business matters, corporate transactions, securities and tax compliance, and nonprofit-related legal guidance
Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts
Legal research
Due diligence
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Collaborate closely with colleagues and clients to provide high-quality legal support tailored to client needs

Required

Experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation
Proficiency in legal research and analyzing relevant laws and regulations
Strong understanding of business operations, corporate transactions, and securities compliance
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership
Proficiency in legal technology tools and strong attention to detail
Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment with both in-office and remote responsibilities

Preferred

Experience in nonprofit or tax law is a plus
