The Lead Therapist will oversee the clinical department and ensure the effective implementation of Client Treatment Plans while fostering a supportive environment for the youth served.

Responsibilities

Our Lead Therapist will be responsible for oversight in the clinical department

Our Lead therapists are responsible for overall delivery and implementation of each individual Client Treatment Plan, attending Child and Family Team meetings and treatment team meetings, and completing assessments, Client Treatment Plans and reports as required by the county and state

This position reports to the Clinical Director or other designated supervisor

Qualification

Licensed Clinical Social WorkerLicensed Professional CounselorResidential setting experienceMaster’s Degree in mental healthEmpathyPatienceRespectfulness

Required

Have a Master's Degree and licensure in the field of mental health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Have at least 1 year of prior experience working in a residential setting for children/NMD, their families or s and/or the Juvenile Justice/Child Welfare System

Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
