Responsibilities

Lead development on new features and integrations within the company’s AI‑driven ERP platform
Own technical implementations and deployments from proof‑of‑concept to production
Collaborate directly with enterprise customers to translate use cases into robust technical solutions
Partner with internal stakeholders to streamline onboarding, configuration, and long‑term adoption
Contribute to best practices across code quality, testing, and DevOps processes in a cloud‑native environment

Qualification

Required

5+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js
Experience with system deployments, client implementations, and production support cycles
Familiarity with Redis, Postgres, and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfort working in hybrid environments and contributing to a fast-moving, high-impact team

Preferred

Background in ERP, HRIS, or financial systems integrations is highly preferred
