Lead efforts to troubleshoot and/or resolve software, operating system, and networking problems
Scheduling, performing, and/or monitoring system backups and/or, when necessary, performing data recoveries
Providing day-to-day technical support for all program
Qualification
Required
4+ years SAP Basis experience
4+ years of experience in Technical Architecture and Solution Manager
Preferred
Relevant SAP certification
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning
