Responsibilities

Own and grow a portfolio of clients across K to 12 and higher education
Secure new business by identifying opportunities with publishers, institutions, and learning providers
Develop proposals, pricing plans, and presentations that speak directly to client needs
Build strong client relationships by aligning solutions to curriculum goals and market priorities
Hit revenue and margin targets while supporting broader company growth
Partner closely with internal teams to deliver seamless execution and high client satisfaction
Represent Continuum at conferences, trade shows, and key client meetings

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field
Five to seven years of sales experience in educational publishing, edtech, or learning products
A clear record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and relationship building skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, resilient, client centered mindset
Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot or Salesforce
Strong presentation and proposal development capability

Preferred

Master's degree
Ability to interpret market trends and pipeline data
Experience presenting to senior level decision makers
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales productivity tools
Comfort adapting to evolving client needs and shifting markets
