Pulling strainers
Lubricating fan shafts/motor bearings
Replacing belts/filters
Checking electrical connections/contactors
Checking tower water levels/making adjustments

Qualification

HVAC equipment servicingBuilding MaintenanceFDNY Fire & Life Safety Director certificationBMS system monitoringTenant interaction

Required

FDNY Fire & Life Safety Director (FLSD/F-89) certification
S-12 and S-13 status
Minimum of 10 years of experience at servicing HVAC equipment
Minimum of 10 years of experience in building maintenance
Ability to interact with tenants on a regular basis

High school or equivalent
