Property Management, Inc. (PMI) is seeking several members to join their trusted team as full-time Commercial Maintenance Technicians due to growth in the company. The role involves general repair work, building inspections, and maintaining facilities while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

General repair work orders in commercial office buildings
Building inspections
May perform grounds/landscaping and snow removal work as needed
Light electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
Work with contractors, property managers and senior management to maintain facilities
Customer service
Rotating On-Call with on-call bonus!

Qualification

Maintenance experienceLight electricalPlumbingHVACCustomer serviceSales skillsHigh School Diploma/GEDCertifications

Required

Working cell phone
Excellent customer service and sales skills
Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation
High School Diploma/GED

Preferred

Prior maintenance experience is preferred, but not required
Certifications are a plus!
