Responsibilities
Review a variety of contracts, including but not limited to leases, payor, software, and confidentiality agreements
Conduct legal research to support the review and interpretation of contracts
Maintain an organized contract database, ensuring all agreements are properly stored and accessible
Monitor key contract milestones and deadlines, providing reminders and updates as necessary
Collaborate with internal teams to collect necessary information for contract negotiations and execution
Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding contract terms and requirements
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools
Preferred
A paralegal certificate from an accredited program
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on contracts
