4+ years expSolventum is a new healthcare company focused on solving significant challenges in the healthcare sector. The IT Analyst - Indirect Tax will design, implement, and support key Tax processes, particularly integrating the OneSource tax engine in a new SAP S/4 ERP environment.
Responsibilities
Execute and deliver Tax Solutions to Healthcare Tax through the leadership of process design and configuration, that meet defined global business objectives and requirements
Collaborate with business and IT colleagues in the design, development, testing and delivery of Tax solutions
Support the design, creation, testing & documentation of the configuration of Tax solutions to support global business requirements and performance goals
Fully understand the capabilities and limitations of the Tax solutions technical architecture in assigned areas
Work with Healthcare areas and IT colleagues to define the overall application and technical requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university and 4 years of information technology experience in a private, public, government or military environment
High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of 8 years Industry experience
4 years of experience designing, configuring, implementing, or supporting the OneSource Tax Engine in a global SAP environment
Experience with Global Next integration into the Tax Engine
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
Preferred
Experience producing business process and configuration functional design documentation
Experience supporting integrations
Experience in project management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Educational or professional background in Finance or Accounting
SAP ABAP knowledge
Provide knowledge and expertise on current processes and procedures
Ensure the products and components work together to meet the objectives and performance goals as defined in the functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operational requirements
Lead and/or participate in design workshops representing a process or subprocess for a region or BU
Identify and help resolve design issues, participate, and provides critique for design reviews
