Lead the design and implementation of automation for drayage operations

Partner with technology, transportation, and procurement teams to deliver solutions

Identify and scale process improvements across multiple markets

Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement

Champion a customer-first approach to enhance visibility and reduce delays

Required

Proven experience in drayage, import logistics, and operational automation

Strong background in leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with tech teams

Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and multiple priorities

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or related field

Expertise in developing and deploying automation or logistics solutions
