Responsibilities

Assist with data management and compliance auditing by organizing, updating, and validating information across Salesforce, EPIC, and other internal systems

Support open enrollment season by helping prepare benefit guides, client-facing presentations, and other fourth-quarter deliverables to ensure the team is fully set up for success

Work closely with highly experienced, long-tenured team members—providing a unique mentorship environment and opportunities for hands-on learning

Contribute to the team’s tight-knit, energetic culture by participating in collaborative projects, team activities, and day-to-day workflow support

Required

Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in a program related to one of our host departments (Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management and Insurance)

Interest in insurance-related roles; involvement in insurance clubs or Gamma Iota Sigma

Students anticipated to graduate in Spring 2026, December 2026, or Spring 2027

Previous work or internship experience in a professional services or similar environment

An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to problem-solve, think critically, and provide creative solutions
