Responsibilities
Ability and drive to work with tools, fix machines, and install new machines
Comfort and ability to execute experiments and to analyze, document, and report results
Ability to implement new technology, programs, and processes for Advanced Technology functions
Must be highly safety conscious
Demonstrated knowledge of troubleshooting, problem solving, and analytical skills as it pertains to the use of designed experiments
Ability to work with heavy equipment
Understanding of testing and analysis procedures
Ability to operate vertical and CNC mills, surface grinders, molding machines, or furnaces is highly desired
Work performed in a manufacturing environment
Follow the standards of ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 International Standards
Qualification
Required
Associates Degree in Technical Discipline
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, and Minitab
Experience with Solidworks and MasterCam or equivalent
Problem solving, imaginative, and creative within technical work duties, communication, and tasks
Hands-on, technical ability with a mechanical aptitude
Must have high standards of quality and accuracy
Strong commitment to tasks completed on time in a faster-than-average pace environment
Must follow and comply with established guidelines and procedures
Able to show strong follow-through from start to finish on delegated tasks and assignments
Above average attention to details, concern for the exact correctness of work
Ability to communicate accurately and diligently
