Responsibilities
Perform mechanical assembly, adjustment, and maintenance of automated production lines, assembly systems, and custom automation equipment
Interpret engineering drawings, assembly diagrams, and technical instructions to complete machine assembly, tooling installation, and fixture setup
Participate in on-site equipment installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance (FAT/SAT)
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and support engineers in optimizing mechanical structures and machine performance
Maintain tools, measurement instruments, pneumatic/hydraulic components, and ensure proper usage and upkeep
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards during on-site work
Collaborate with cross-functional project teams and provide on-site customer technical support or training when required
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or above; technical school or vocational training in mechanical or mechatronics preferred
5+ years of experience in mechanical fitting/assembly within the automation industry, preferably in the automotive sector
Strong hands-on mechanical skills and proficiency with assembly tools and measurement equipment (calipers, micrometers, alignment tools, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret 2D mechanical drawings and assembly specifications
Capable of independently completing assembly, mechanical debugging, and troubleshooting
Willing and able to travel more than 70%, including domestic and international sites
Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and teamwork spirit
Good safety awareness and ability to work under pressure
Preferred
Experience in automotive Tier 1/Tier 2 automation equipment assembly
Experience with industrial robots (ABB, KUKA, Fanuc) or motion system alignment
Certifications in welding, forklift operation, or aerial lift
