Responsibilities

Guide a diverse portfolio of projects within your industry, achieving project, quality, and financial objectives

Foster collaboration, drive results, and ensure alignment among Project Managers and Delivery Leaders

Promote continuous improvement within your portfolio, while sharing a common vision with other portfolio leaders

Participate in hiring and onboarding outstanding professionals and serve as a coach and mentor within your portfolio’s team

Collaborate with practice leaders, sales teams, and clients to define and deliver strategic project outcomes

Ensure effective planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects and programs in line with organizational best practices

Track budgets, forecasts, costs, and financial metrics across your portfolio, ensuring accurate reporting and prompt action to address any variances

Provide regular portfolio reporting, identify risks, and ensure delivery of quality outcomes for your industry clients

Adhere to all internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements
