Complete PLACE Launch program and weekly lead generation activities
Prepare and negotiate offers for buyers and sellers
Track tasks and client activity using PLACE Technology
Convert leads into client appointments
Participate in weekly script practice and team activities
Attend weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
Advise clients on pricing, staging, and listing strategies
Qualification
Required
Highly motivated and driven sales professional with a competitive mindset
Skilled at building rapport, actively listening, and identifying client needs
Proven expertise in prospecting and lead generation
Confident in handling objections and guiding clients through decisions
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong commitment to client service
Collaborative team player
Valid Michigan real estate license
Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial real estate sales
Growth-oriented, committed to continuous learning and skill development
Highly organized with excellent time management abilities
Open to learning and implementing scripts and dialogues
