Responsibilities

Leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex cloud and cloud infrastructure solutions that meet Government requirements

Develop and implement cloud architecture standards and best practices

Ensure that cloud infrastructure is scalable, reliable, and secure

Ensure that cloud infrastructure design is compliant with classified infrastructure requirements

Provide subject matter expertise and hands-on experience in infrastructure design, solutioning and troubleshooting activities

Experience leading large scale cloud migrations

Implement and maintain monitoring and logging solutions to detect and diagnose issues in the cloud infrastructure and software applications

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other architects and engineers

Evaluate new cloud technologies and common services and make recommendations for their use

Expertise with firewalls, network routes, and bandwidth sizing for workloads

Expertise with Terraform, ARM, Ansible, PowerShell, Bash, and Python

Expertise with containerized application and orchestration

Collaborate with multi-functional teams to design and implement scalable, secure, reliable cloud-based solutions

Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements

Familiarity with DOD STIG compliance

Develop and maintain documentation related to cloud architecture solutions

Required

US Citizenship is required

Must Active Top-Secret Clearance or higher

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field

Minimum of 8 years of experience working in complex cloud IT/Infrastructure environments

Extensive experience in cloud architecture, specifically Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) products with a deep understanding of cloud computing technologies and services

Experience working with DOD or other Federal Government environment

Must have active Certification: Azure Solution Architect, Azure Security Engineer, Azure Administrator, Azure DevOps Engineer
