Responsibilities
Architect & Build: Design and develop high-performance RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI) and Node.js
Lead & Mentor: Act as a technical anchor for a small team. Review code, set standards, and drive technical excellence
Full Stack Integration: While backend-focused, you will manage integration with frontend frameworks (React and Angular)
Scale: Optimise database queries and system architecture to handle increased load as the product grows
Qualification
Required
3-5 years as a Lead Full-stack Developer
Deep production experience with Python (specifically FastAPI) and Node.js
Proficient with modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically React or Angular
Experience mentoring junior devs or leading small squads
Excellent communication skills and can explain complex technical concepts clearly
Hands-on experience with APIs, web services, and third-party integration tools
Experience with no-code workflow automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Azure Logic Apps, Microsoft Power Platform)
Proficiency in SQL and PostgreSQL
Experience with Git and RESTful API Design
Cloud expertise with platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Hands-on experience deploying applications independently
Strong communication skills with the ability to develop tailored solutions in dynamic environments
You have to be a U.S. Citizen or a GCH
