Responsibilities

Provide both on-site desktop support and remote assistance in addressing hardware and software challenges
Engage in project initiatives aimed at implementing new end-user technologies and enhancing infrastructure
Promote the utilization of unified endpoint management tools for desktop and mobile devices to facilitate a next-generation end-user experience
Expand the application of our service management platform to establish a known error database

Required

Over 1-3+ years of practical experience in supporting Windows and macOS systems
More than 2 years of hands-on experience with iOS and Android devices
At least 2 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Intune
A minimum of 2 years in M365 administration
Over 3 years of experience with SharePoint
At least 2 years of experience in supporting Video Conferencing solutions
Strong ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members, including C-Suite executives
Experience collaborating with IT vendors for international support
Familiarity with ticketing systems, preferably the Atlassian suite, especially Confluence and Jira
Experience with remote assistance tools like Beyond Trust (formerly Bomgar)
Proficient in supporting and using collaboration platforms such as Teams, Zoom, and Slack
Knowledge of application packaging and deployment management for MS Windows and mobile devices
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven history of successfully delivering multiple complex technical projects on schedule and within budget
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred

PowerShell experience is a plus but not mandatory
