Responsibilities
Designing and developing high-quality models using 3D and 2D CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Plant 3D, Leica Cloudworx for AutoCAD, and Navisworks
Producing designs that meet targets for feasibility, performance, costs, quality, safety, legislation, and timing
Ensuring that all work carried out is in compliance with company design, safety, quality, environmental compliance, and procedural standards
Creating two and three-dimensional technical drawings
Designing renderings, and elevations using computer software
Choosing which materials to use for a product
Coding and testing software
Finding technical solutions to meet a client’s goals
Qualification
Required
Practical experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, Pro/ENGINEER, and SolidWorks
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Superb work ethic and ability to accept feedback
Preferred
Experience with mechanical devices
