Responsibilities

Lead architecture design and review across multiple pods, ensuring best practices and high-quality solutions

Mentor junior developers on software design, clean code, use of AI coding assistants, programming practices, and career development

Develop rapid, working prototype code to serve as a reference for engineering teams

Directly participate in building, testing, and deploying engineering solutions. Applicants should have a recent track record of hands-on technical leadership and execution within engineering teams

Influence and guide non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, resiliency, and recoverability

Promote modern development practices such as reactive/non-blocking programming and contract-first API design

Present architecture designs to stakeholders at various levels

Promote successful adoption of AI Software Development tooling
