Assistant Program Manager
The Kennedy Collective is a mission-driven nonprofit that has empowered people with disabilities for 75 years. As an Assistant Program Manager, you will support the Program Manager with daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with care plans and regulations to help individuals achieve greater independence and community inclusion.

Responsibilities
Support the Program Manager with daily operations
Supervise and coach staff, ensuring proper training and coverage
Oversee recreational activities, household management, and budgeting
Ensure services follow each individual’s care plan and DDS regulations
Maintain compliance through documentation, audits, and quality checks
Provide hands-on support as needed
Participate in the on-call rotation for program support
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
At least 1 year of experience supporting people with disabilities
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry)
Compassion, patience, flexibility, and sound judgment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred
Associate's degree
