Assist in the assembly of various leather components, including panels, straps, pockets, and linings
Learn and follow assembly instructions and specifications provided by supervisors
Perform basic leatherworking tasks such as cutting, stitching, and gluing
Inspect leather components for defects and ensure quality standards
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
All other duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
No prior experience required; willingness to learn is essential
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
