Ultimate Staffing is a global leader in technology serving major food and agriculture partners worldwide. They are seeking a Customer Support Coordinator who will handle B2B daily customer inquiries, schedule service visits, and provide product support with a customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities
Handle B2B daily customer inquiries (calls + email)
Schedule service/repair visits and support the technical team
Provide product and order support with a strong customer-first mindset
Own customer issues through resolution and escalate when needed
Qualification
Required
2+ years of phone-based customer service experience
Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Service scheduling/dispatch experience highly preferred
Salesforce or SAP exposure a plus
