You will manage the full compensation survey cycle — from launch to report delivery — ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely results

Acting as the primary client contact, you will lead job matching sessions, resolve data issues, and deliver clear insights that strengthen client relationships and drive participation

You will analyze large datasets, interpret compensation trends, and prepare impactful reports and presentations

Beyond survey management, you will support bespoke consulting projects such as benchmarking, incentive plan design, and regulatory updates, while contributing to broader initiatives like industry research, training, and business development
