Responsibilities

Support the underwriting and analysis of real estate equity and credit investments

Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses

Conduct market research and property-level due diligence, including analysis of operating performance, rent rolls, and comparable transactions

Prepare presentation materials and investment memoranda for internal discussions and investment committee review

Assist with portfolio monitoring, asset management updates, and quarterly reporting

Collaborate with investment, asset management, and finance teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives
